I FURTHER AGREE NOT to hold the City of Abbeville, Rotary Club of Abbeville, and/or the Abbeville Cajun Christmas Celebration or its representatives and volunteers responsible for any damages arising out of the sales of my products or from my presence at the event. Any images captured by camera are public and may be used in any marketing materials.
